About Shilpi

A Human Approach to emotional awareness, healing and self-connection.

I’m Shilpi Srivastav, an Emotional Fitness Coach and Energy Healer, and the founder of Holistic Life with Shilpi.

My work is centred around creating a grounded space where people can pause, understand what they are experiencing, reconnect with themselves and explore what feels meaningful from where they are right now.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words, the right answers or a clear label for what you need.

My Story

The path here was gradual, personal and shaped by experience.

For nearly 18 years, much of my professional life was spent in the corporate world. It was a significant chapter of my journey — one that gave me experience of people, responsibility, change and the many demands that can exist alongside everyday life.

Over time, my attention began to move more deeply towards emotional awareness, self-connection and holistic wellbeing. What started as exploration gradually became a different way of understanding how we meet ourselves, our emotions and the experiences that shape us.

That journey eventually led me towards coaching, emotional fitness, energy healing, meditation and mindfulness — not as separate ideas to collect, but as different ways of supporting reflection, awareness and meaningful personal practice.

Today, Holistic Life with Shilpi brings those parts of my journey together in a space that is warm, grounded and centred on the individual rather than on a fixed formula.

“For me, this work is not about having every answer. It is about creating enough space to notice what matters and begin from there.”

What Shaped My Work

Different experiences have shaped how I meet people today.

My approach has developed through professional experience, personal exploration and different ways of working with emotional awareness, reflection and holistic wellbeing.

Years of lived professional experience

Nearly 18 years in corporate life gave me a close view of responsibility, change, relationships, pressure and the many different experiences people carry alongside their everyday work.

More than one way to explore ourselves

Coaching, reflection, EFT, breathwork, meditation, visualisation and journaling can each offer a different doorway into awareness. The right starting point may look different for different people.

The person comes before the method

I do not believe every person needs every tool. What matters is beginning with the individual, the intention and what feels relevant in that particular moment or session.

My Approach

The person comes first. The method follows.

I work in a client-led way, beginning with what feels important to the person in front of me rather than trying to fit every experience into one fixed process.

Some conversations may centre around reflection and coaching. At other times, practices such as EFT, breathwork, meditation, visualisation, journaling or other reflective tools may feel relevant.

The intention is not to use every method in every session. The tool should support the person, the intention and what is unfolding in that particular moment.

The tool serves the client.

Different people may need different ways of exploring what is present. The process adapts to the individual rather than asking the individual to adapt to the process.

How the work may unfold

A flexible process, grounded in where you are.

Different sessions may take a different shape depending on the person, the intention and what feels useful.

01

Begin with where you are

We start with what feels important to you rather than with the expectation that you already know exactly what you need.

02

Explore with curiosity

Conversation, reflection and appropriate practices may create space to notice emotions, perspectives, patterns or possibilities more clearly.

03

Take forward what feels meaningful

The focus is not on forcing an outcome, but on carrying forward awareness, reflection or a practice that feels relevant to your everyday life.

Practices That May Support The Work

Different practices. One client-led approach.

The method is never the starting point. Different practices may be explored depending on the person, the intention and the kind of session.

Why Emotional Fitness

Emotional wellbeing is something we can practise.

Emotional Fitness is the idea that our relationship with emotions can be strengthened through awareness, reflection and small, intentional practices.

It is not about staying positive all the time or responding perfectly. It is about becoming more aware, flexible and connected in how we meet everyday life.

Why Energy Healing

A different way to pause, receive and reconnect.

Energy Healing is an independent and meaningful part of my work. Some people come specifically for Reiki or energy-based wellbeing support without looking for coaching alongside it.

You do not need a particular spiritual belief or detailed understanding of energy healing before beginning. The experience is approached in a grounded, individual and respectful way.
